Movement & Stretch Breaks
Learn different patterns of simple stretching and strength exercises that you can incorporate during the day. Movement during the work day can help improve concentration and energy, reduce fatigue and increase your overall level of physical activity. This active workshop will help you experience short “movement snacks” you can do at home or in the office.
